About Your Hosts

Dr. Jeannette Daneals loves learning and unlearning! 

She is an accomplished academic, despite an adverse upbringing. It has been her unwavering will that has led her to the acquisition of a BA in psychology, a license in massage therapy, and ultimately a doctorate in naturopathic medicine. 

If you told her 12-year-old self she would some day serve as a doctor, she would have told you she wasn't smart or good enough. Dr. Daneals hopes that her success story will inspire anyone who has doubt in their potential.  

Being in purpose, living with passion and having time to play is what she believes life is all about.

Besides hosting the mindfulmedicina podcast, she is savoring her studies in the neuroscience of Hand Analysis. When she is not stimulating her mind with learning, you can find her in the gym sculpting her body, chasing the sun by day and dancing salsa by night. 

This incarnation for her is about teaching and inspiring transformation in others. This is her rocket fuel!

Dr. Daneals places value in "walking the talk", being an example to others. Whilst this is achieved, she is fulfilling her dharma.

Janell Hartman has been teaching yoga for nearly two decades and began training teachers in 2012. 

Personal studies and lifestyle integration with Traditional Chinese Medicine and the wisdom of Ayurveda have shaped her specialties in leading yin and restorative yoga.

She is also a skilled colon hydro therapist and lymphatic drainage therapist in the Seattle area.

Janell enjoys researching and discussing historical aspects of current events, agendas, narratives, geopolitics, and mass cultural patterns with special focus on health and sovereignty.

She has an enduring love for the intersection of spirit+fitness, and finds the most magical time for sweaty, functional high-performance strength training is at the crack of dawn! 

Janell tends to her Internal through mediation, prayer, pranayama, and dream work. Essential guidance arrives via teachings encoded within the world's ancient mystic traditions in harmony with her base of Christianity. The Hero’s journey illuminated by astrology and the initiatic path of Tarot feel like fluent languages.

As a longtime musician and multi-media visual artist, Janell stays inspired to explore and create-inside and out!
